Lemon Caper Sauce

This sauce has the bright summer taste of lemon with the salty taste of capers. It’s a natural for dipping broccoli or any other green veggies.


1/4 c
Grapeseed Vegenaise
2 tbsp
Capers (drained of brine)
1 tbsp
Lemon Juice
1 tsp
Lemon Zest
1 pinch
Cracked Black Pepper
1 pinch
Kosher Salt


Mix all ingredients in a small bowl with a small whisk or fork. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
